What data we collect

• Data provided voluntarily (when you fill in the "Register interest" form, hosted on an external platform, our lead management system, or when you write to us by email): name, company, email, and the content of the message.
• Technical browsing data, to the minimum extent necessary for the site to function.
• Interactions with third-party content: if you choose to view our embedded LinkedIn posts, LinkedIn may set its own cookies according to its policy.

Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to requests for information or commercial contact (legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Showing, only with consent, content embedded from LinkedIn (legal basis: consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Where the interest form data goes

The "Register interest" form is hosted on an Ikaria management platform dedicated to collecting and qualifying leads; the data entered stays within Ikaria's systems and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Data collected through the interest form or by email is kept for the time necessary to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, subject to other legal obligations.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your data at any time, as well as portability and objection, by writing to info@ikariagroup.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
